“Chamisul in Love 2” for Jinro Inc, with online editing and sound mixing by TREE staff, won the National Category for Branded Shorts of the Year at BRANDED SHORTS 2023.
The Academy-recognized BRANDED SHORTS was first established in 2016 as part of SSFF & ASIA, Asia’s largest international short film festival. It is Japan’s only international film competition that awards movies created by agencies and companies for advertising purposes.
This year, out of 695 entries, 13 were nominated for the international category and 14 for the national category. 8 judges looked at these works based on their necessity, power to change opinion, shareability, strength of message, viewer retention, originality, timeliness, and memorability to select the Branded Shorts of the Year on June 14, 2023.
